The Association Collaborative Lab on Digital Transformation – DTx, hereinafter referred to as DTx, and its team are committed to privacy and the fundamental right to the protection of personal data. This data protection policy sets out how we process personal data when you visit and use our site.

Anonymous and protected use

Your visit and use of our site is anonymous. On our site, personal data is collected only to the extent technically necessary. Processed data will not be passed on to third parties or otherwise disclosed, except on the basis of concrete legal obligations. In our communications, we do not incorporate information or service offerings from third-party vendors.

When using our site, the transmission of data over the Internet is protected by generally accepted secure encryption procedures and therefore the content cannot be easily intercepted or tampered with.

Data Access

With each access you make to our site, some usage, transmission and connection data will be collected, temporarily stored in files and regularly deleted after 90 days.

On each access, the following data is stored:
– IP Address;
– information regarding the web browser, operating system used, etc.
– transmitted reference information (URL of the reference page).
– date and time of access.
– transmitted access method.
– transmitted input values (search terms, etc.).
– page accessed.
– amount of transmitted data.
– processing status of the access made.

The processing of access data is lawful because it is necessary for the legitimate purposes pursued by DTx. The legitimate interests of DTx are the adaptation and optimization of the information offer and the investigation, detection and prosecution of illegal activities related to the misuse of our website.

The logs with stored data can be statistically evaluated for the purpose of adapting and optimizing our site to the needs of our visitors. Any techniques that make it possible to track users’ access characteristics (tracking) will not be applied. Profiling users and making automated decisions based on them is not allowed.

The stored data records are not attributable to specific people and are not normally combined with other data sources. However, the stored data may be analyzed and combined with other data sources if we become aware of any illegal use of the DTx site.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files of alphanumeric information that are stored on your computer’s hard drive. These cookies can only be read by the portal and the user, who can delete them if they wish.

Our Cookie Policy
The cookies used on the DTx portal are anonymous, and no personal information about users or other personally identifiable information is stored on them. Cookies are used to improve the user experience and to enable us to analyze the use of the portal in order to optimize its functionalities.

What cookies are used on the pages of this portal?
On the DTx portal, session cookies are used – they allow you to record user preferences, such as the language in which the portal should be displayed – which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; and persistent cookies – they allow you to save information and settings for when you visit the portal in the future. For example, saving a cookie to indicate that you have been made aware of the cookie policy – this type of cookie remains on your computer until it expires or is deleted by you.

This portal uses the Analytics service provided by Google to improve the performance of the portal, recording generic information of the accesses received, using anonymous cookies for this purpose.

Content Information

This portal is regulated by the pertinent legislation, namely the Copyright and Related Rights Code and the Industrial Property Code.
The texts, content, images, brands, logos, names, denominations and other information present on this portal are the property of DTx and constitute objects subject to copyright and industrial property rights. The use of information for research purposes, or for personal use, is excepted; in these cases, the ownership of the information must be indicated.

DTx accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, operating system malfunctions or disconnections that may temporarily prevent access to navigation or the provision of information consultation services.

Social Media

We do not embed social media plug-ins on our site. When you are visiting our site, no data is transmitted to social media services. The creation of profiles by any third parties is therefore excluded.

Correspondence

You have the option of contacting us by e-mail. We will use your e-mail address and other personal contact data to correspond with you. Due to legal obligations, all e-mail correspondence will be archived. According to our legitimate interests, your e-mail address and other personal contact data may be stored in our contact database. In this case, you will receive corresponding information about the processing of your contact data.

Access and Intervention

In addition to the information contained in this data protection policy, you have the right to access your personal data. To ensure fair data processing, you have the following rights:

– The right to restrict the processing of your personal data

Processing of personal data in the recruitment process

Purpose of Processing

The purpose of data processing is associated with the decision to be made about whether to enter into an employment relationship. For this purpose, the documents sent by the candidates – including personal data such as name, age, address, curriculum vitae, educational qualifications, work experience and position held, job expectations – will be processed manually by DTx through analysis of the data submitted by job applicants.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data in the DTx recruitment process is lawful as it is necessary for the purposes of the employment relationship.

Recipients

DTx is responsible for disclosing your personal data to those who are working on the recruitment process, namely, the Executive Board, the Strategic and Supervisory Board, the General Assembly, the Technical Management responsible, the Human Resources department. Your personal data will not be sent to other recipients, in particular for purposes of deletion or destruction.

Automated data handling

Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data storage period

The original documents with your application will be destroyed upon completion of the recruitment process. All personal data will be stored until 6 months after the end of the application procedure for the vacancy you have applied for and deleted without undue delay. A longer storage period of your personal data is possible when it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Your rights

To ensure transparent and fair processing in the recruitment process at DTx, you benefit from the following rights:
– the right to access your personal data.
